It is that time again. Another amazing Blog Hop hosted by our Cheer Leaders Corrie at Quilt Taffy and Madame Samm at Sew We Quilt!
This is my first official Blog Hop (and I signed up for 3 more)! Here we go.
A while back I was shopping at our LQS and found this fabric:
I just though It was too fun to pass up. So I purchased 1/2 a yard and decided to cut into it for this project. It is perfect for this hop don't you think?
These other dot fabrics came from Joann's and I love the sherbertyness of them :)
This is sort of a tutorial but more of a photo journal thingy.
(Front)
For example, I sdded this little extra blue fabric to 2 of the corners. And as you can see here I folded the showing edges under and them stitched over them with a decrative stitch.

Quilt made for one of the ladies at church who is having a baby. The clouds and sun are dots and so is the backing.
A quilt I started way back when and finally pulled out of my WIP bin from storage and finished it up. I think I is a good entry for Dots on Dots, don't you?

Now that I'm retired to Mexico, I might try making some for all the little ones around here if I can get my hands on them. I've never done links so I hope this works, for today, these are favorite colors: http://design-seeds.com/palettes/ColorPicked.png

Rebeckah- Love your little dotted quilt-it would be perfect for a baby. I also love your feline companion- I have 3 and there's never a dull moment especially with a little black girl who has learned to take pins out of fabric-so be careful what you leave on the ironing board as I thought it was "safe". I really admire that you have numbered and prioritized your projects. I just seem to float from project to project and sometimes forget things I want to do, but haven't the courage yet to do what you did. From Northern California, thanks for sharing.
