
Here is some progress for this month's Finish: Doctor Who Quilts!

So I am still a little bit behind but I am almost there with the blocks for the first quilt!
(First a peak into the process)
I begin by ironing out the fabric I am going to stitch on (I had an odd cut piece of white cotton that I used). Then I place the pattern (printed out) underneith the fabric and tract the lines with a friction pen. Now, let me tell you, I LOVE my friction pen for any kind of hand sewing. You just iron on the markings and they dissappear! Brilliant! (As you might have noticed, I picked a different "8" than the one I had coppied already.)
