Help I lost a giveaway winner! Is it you?

I did a giveaway last year and promised a lap quilt to the winner.

Here is the post with the 2nd chance to win. I need the 2nd winner.

On the honor system I would like winner to step forward so I can make you the quilt. Obveously it is someone who commented on the post. If you did comment and it was not you will you let me know as well? I just feel so bad about taking so long and then loosing the info.
